If you experience problems using Pocket Finance, you can contact Customer Support. Please provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Product name and version number.
  • PC system information, including your Windows version and amount of RAM.
  • H/PC system information, including your type of H/PC and Windows CE version.
  • Are you using Pocket Finance with Quicken or Money? What version?
  • What language and regional settings are you using?
  • A complete description of what happens, what you think should be happening, and when it started.
  • If you've received any error messages, include the complete text of these error messages.
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred?
  • How you tried to solve the problem?
